Yes. Activity Directors can reschedule any workshop session directly through the Director Portal up to 5 days (120 hours) in advance of the scheduled start date and time.

Simply open the scheduled event in your portal, select the session you wish to adjust, pick an available replacement date and time slot from the live calendar, and confirm.

Policy Note: Within 5 days of the scheduled session, online self-service rescheduling is automatically locked.
